Preparing your own space in Soham

For a reading at home, choose the room before the day. Think about where other people will be and when you can close the door. Clear a comfortable place to sit and put your device where the screen is easy to see.

Test Zoom in that spot, including the microphone. Charge the device or keep it plugged in. These simple checks mean you can begin the appointment without trying to fix sound or find a cable.

You may prefer to keep a notebook beside you and leave a little time after the call. Arrange the practical things in advance, then let the appointment have your attention when it begins.
