The short version
- June Field is responsible for the details you give through this website.
- Messages from the contact form go to June by email. The website does not save them in its own database.
- Your details are never sold on or used for marketing.
- With your permission, Google Analytics counts visits to the site.
- You can ask June what she holds about you, and ask her to correct or delete it.
Who looks after your details
June Field, psychic medium from Dundee, is responsible for the personal details collected through this website. In data protection law she is the "controller".
To ask anything about your details, email June at june@junefieldmedium.com.
Or write to June about your details at:
Brook House86 Brook Street

June is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator. Her registration number is ZC280512.
When you use the contact form
The contact form asks for:
- your name and email address, so June can reply
- your message
- if you choose to add them: your phone number, where you are based, a subject, and what your message is about
The website also adds the date and time you sent it and your IP address. An IP address is the number your internet connection uses online. It helps spot spam.
Where it goes
Your message is sent straight to June by email, at june@junefieldmedium.com. When she replies, it goes to the email address you gave. The website does not save your message in its own database.
If a field needs correcting, what you typed is held for a moment so you do not have to type it again. It is cleared straight after the form shows it back to you.
To stop spam, the form has a hidden box that only robots fill in, and it limits how many messages one connection can send in a minute.
Personal and sensitive details
If your message mentions someone you have lost, your health or your family, please share only what you are happy for June to read.
When you email June
If you email June directly, she receives your email address, your name if your email shows it, and whatever you write. She uses it in the same way as a contact form message.
Readings and payments
Video readings
Video readings take place on Zoom. Zoom runs the video call itself, under its own privacy notice.
In-person readings
You arrange an in-person reading by writing to June. She agrees a time with you, and a £175 deposit then secures it. The venue is confirmed before your reading.
Paying
Video readings and in-person deposits are paid through PayPal. You can pay by card or PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account, because you can check out as a guest with a credit or debit card.
This website does not ask for or store card details. PayPal takes your payment and handles it under its own privacy notice.
The booking terms explain deposits and refunds.
Tickets for live shows
Tickets for June's live shows are sold by outside ticket sellers, not by this website. When you follow a ticket link, the seller handles your booking and payment under its own privacy notice.

When you visit the website
The website sets up to five small cookies. Three keep it working, keep the contact form safe and remember your cookie choice. The other two belong to Google Analytics and are set only if you say yes. The cookie policy lists them.
While you browse, the website's server keeps a short record linked to one of those cookies. It holds your IP address, the type of browser you use, and anything the site needs to remember between pages, such as a form you are filling in. It expires 2 hours after the last page you open, and the server then deletes it in its routine clean-up.
The lettering on every page comes from Google Fonts. The Media pages and the Battle of the Psychics page show pictures from YouTube. Your browser fetches these from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and basic details about your browser.
Some videos on the TV page and the Battle of the Psychics page play from Vimeo. Nothing from Vimeo loads until you press play. Vimeo then receives your IP address and basic details about your browser, and its own privacy notice applies.
The website uses Google Analytics, run by Google, to measure how the site is used. It loads only if you accept it in the cookie banner. If you accept, it records which pages you visit, roughly where you are (worked out from your IP address), the device and browser you use, and how you found the site. June uses it only to see how the site is used. She sees totals, not who you are.
You can change your mind at any time. The cookie policy explains how.
How long details are kept
June keeps as little information about you as she can. It is deleted as soon as she no longer needs it.
Enquiry and booking emails are kept for up to one year. That is because appointments can be booked up to a year ahead.
Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
The short record the server keeps while you browse is deleted 2 hours after your last page, in the server's routine clean-up.
Your rights
You can ask June to:
- tell you what details she holds about you and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your details
- stop using them, or use them only in limited ways
- give you the details you provided in a form you can take elsewhere
To ask, email June at june@junefieldmedium.com.
If you are unhappy with how your details have been handled, please tell June first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Changes to this policy
If the website starts doing something new with your details, such as taking bookings and payments online, this page will be updated. The date at the top shows the last change.
